On the occasion of the Double Ninth Festival, October 17, Xishan Coal and Electricity Trade Union Retirement Center held a chess competition , with a total of nearly 100 retired workers of 12 units participating.
In the competition, in line with the principle of playing chess to meet friends, adhering to the spirit of friendship first and competition second,on the small chessboard,the players immersed themselves into the game full of ups and downs,and constantly pushed the game to a climax. The audience also held their breath for the wonderful duel, secretly thinking about the trend of the chess game, and it showed a happy scene .
The competition aimed to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of retired workers,and build a platform for them to renew friendship and exchange ,to display the spirit of the retired workers who are healthy and upward.
