March 3, the 24th National Ear-Care Day, in order to further strengthen the publicity and popularization of scientific knowledge of hearing health and raise the awareness of ear protection, Xishan Disabled Persons' Federation carries out hearing health activity with the theme of ‘Ear and hearing care for all! Lets make it a reality’.
The activity invited the experts from Departments of Otolaryngology and Rehabilitation Medicine of Taiyuan Xishan Hospital to give a lecture on hearing and rehabilitation knowledge, introducing the factors affecting hearing, proper ear habits and ear health care methods in detail. At the scene, they also conducted tests on ear knowledge and free health clinics, and provided services for the disabled to measure electrocardiogram, blood pressure and blood sugar.
