December 11, Upper and Middle Reaches Administration of the Yellow River was entrusted by Yellow River Water Resources Commission to organize a group of experts and carry out on-site verification of the water drawing project (facility) construction and operation of Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal Electricity Xiegou Mine, Huo Xueping, a first-grade expert of Shanxi Coking Coal Ecology and Environmental Protection Ministry, and Liu Haidong, chief engineer of Xishan Coal Electricity participated in.
The expert group went deep into the mine domestic sewage collection station, reverse osmosis water treatment station, sewage treatment plant, water source wells and other places, focusing on the water source engineering, water supply and regression system, metering facilities maintenance and installation, production and life water-saving measures implementation and withdrawal of water account for on-site verification.
At the subsequent audit meeting, the expert group carefully listened to the report of the mine, carried out a comprehensive examination and inquiry on the data involved in the water drawing permit, and put forward corrective suggestions on the construction and operation of the project water drawing facilities. After the verification and evaluation, the expert group unanimously agreed that the mine through the water drawing verification, required to rectify and improve as soon as possible, in accordance with the relevant procedures to apply for a water license.
