August 6, Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal Electricity deputy general manager Zhang Wenlong went to Xishan Power Operation Center for supervision.
Zhang Wenlong listened to the work report of the center since its establishment and put forward requirements for further work in the next step .Firstly, it need to unify the thought, deepen the understanding, and further clear the function positioning of Power Operation Center; secondly, it should unify all the thoughts and actions into the decision-making and deployment of the enterprise and make every effort to do a good job in production and operation, so as to produce according to sales prospects, and manage as a whole. Thirdly, through the analysis of power market trading situation, it’s necessary to optimize the operation mode of power plant units, increase the amount of profitable electricity, to ensure profit maximization.
