July 21, Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal Electricity 2022 ‘Fighting Cup’ staff skills competition law risk control theory and practice contest was held in Xishan Building, a total of 29 contestants participated in. Company general counsel Wang Jingying inspected the contest site.
It was understood that the contest was divided into written test and interview, and the test included mainly the knowledge of Civil Code and related laws and regulations. In the interview, some targeted questions were asked combining with the characteristics of the participants’ units and positions, to focus on the theoretical basis and strain ability of the contestants, and the final ranking was determined according to the comprehensive results.
