December 20, Party Committee of Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal Electricity held an information meeting on the reform policy of medical institutions in Xishan General Hospital of Workers and Gujiao General Hospital at the same time, aiming to let the hospital staff further understand the reform policy, respond to the realistic problems of workers and eliminate their doubts, which was hosted by the responsible personnel of Party Committee Publicity Department.
Four speakers from Enterprise Management Department and Human Resource Center of Group Company answered the relevant questions, focusing on the interpretation of reform and restructuring policies, personnel placement measures and so on.
It was understood that accelerating the separation of public service institutions such as hospitals and schools run by enterprises was a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises. It was not only the objective need to promote high-quality development of enterprises, but also the only way to enhance the competitiveness of hospitals, improve medical standards and benefit medical workers. Xishan Coal and Electricity actively promoted the reform of affiliated hospitals and had reached a critical stage.
