October 13, Shougang Jingtang coking phase II project joint venture meeting ,presided over by deputy general manager of Xishan Coal and Electricity Dai Yonglu ,was held in Xishan building , Shougang Group deputy chief engineer and Jingtang Company deputy general manager Yang Chunzheng , Shanxi Coking Coal deputy general manager Yang Qingmin, Xishan Coal and electricity deputy secretary of Party committee, vice chairman, and general manager Li Jian, Joint-stock Company deputy Party secretary and chairman FanDahong were present.
Yang Chunzheng said that Shougang had kept the cooperative partnership with Shanxi Coking Coal and Xishan Coal Electriciy for many years and he hoped to solve existing problems and accelerate the project based on the principle of good faith, fairness and win-win cooperation.
Yang also pointed out that cooperation between Shanxi Coking Coal and Shougang was the common aspirations in line with the strategic deployment of both sides. He expected Xishan to set a timetable and push ahead with the project; to play an important role in the management of Jingtang Coking, and make it a joint venture with excellent management, technology and talents, and being a benchmark enterprise in the coking sector of Shanxi Coking Coal.
Li Jian promised to seriously implement the overall arrangement of the project from Shanxi Coking Coal Party secretary and chairman Zhao Jianze , wished to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Shougang to solve the current problems,and went all out to actively promote the fianal implementation of the project.
Deputy general manager Dai Yonglu, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Joint-stock Company Fan Dahong put forward requirements on accelerating the project. Shougang Jingtang Company introduced the coking phase II project joint venture progress; Jingtang Xishan Coking Company presented the problems existing in the cooperative operation; And finally the related departments of Shanxi coking coal and Xishan Coal Electricity gave advices respectively .
