September 24th, deputy general manager Wang Leiying of Xishan Coal Electricity Company visited and inspected the intellegent central kitchen distribution center of Bingzhou Hotel.
The investigation group visited the central kitchen warehouse, clean vegetables processing room, meat processing room, automatic production line, cooking room, food packaging room to understand the hotel's food procurement, storage, processing, retention samples, distribution, decontamination and other links.
Afterwards, the group went to the information center of the central kitchen, visited the real-time demonstration of the intelligent control system, listened to the introduction of the staff on the central kitchen management, and learned about the construction, management, external operation and food safety supervision system of the central kitchen.
