From July 14 to 23, Li Zhengchun, deputy general manager of Xishan Coal Electricity Group, led a team to investigate the well-known coal mine equipment production enterprises in China, including a monorail crane manufacturing company in Tai’an, a coal machine manufacturing company in Yanzhou and a rail truck enterprise in Jining of Shandong, etc. Everywhere he went, he had a detailed understanding of product performance, production process, enterprise situation, management mode, and had in-depth exchanges on how to improve the applicability, efficiency and reliability of products in coal mines. The purpose of the research was to promote the equipment and auxiliary transportation revolutions of Group Company.
