2019 annual meeting of Human Resources Committee of China Coal Industry Association was held in Changsha of Hunan Province from November 28 to 29 , Xishan Coal and Electricity Group deputy general manager Li Jian attended. At the meeting, it studied the team-building of the coal industry in the new era, and positions evaluation, such as coal mining engineers , mechanical and electrical engineers, ventilation engineers and excavation engineers, and then exchanged views on the human resources of coal enterprises in the new situation. Besides, the sixth batch of skilled masters in coal industry was awarded in the meeting, and Guandi Mine Gao Zi, Malan Coal Preparation Plant Pang Liang, Mechanical and Electrical Plant Zhang Jianquan won the honors.
