November 16, Li Xiaodong, chief accountant of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group, researched the construction of financial shared service center.
Li Xiaodong and his group visited the existing office environment and learned about the operation of 24 online units in the center.
Li Xiaodong pointed out that promoting the center construction was an important measure to implement the ‘top ten information platforms’ building of Shanxi Coking Coal, which was of great significance for improving the efficiency of financial accounting, strengthening the prevention and control of operational risks, and advancing the level of financial management. He asked to set project schedule in reuersed order ,unite together to speed up the center construction , and complete timely the target of online operation of all sub-units by the end of this year with good quality; in accordance with the requirements of unified financial system, data standards and operation management, a sound operation mechanism should be established to promote the financial transformation and upgrading of Group Comapny.
